The project was a traditional double story house and it was built to a very high standard.

The degree of professionalism and workmanship was impressive, with attention to detail, and problem-solving, being high on the agenda. teamwork and communication are obviously a cornerstone Craig's work ethos, and this made the whole building process a pleasure.

The final result was a beautifully built home with which the clients were thrilled.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Individual Builders and I would look forward to working with them again myself.

From the day we met Craig McPhan ( the master Individual Builder ) and he showed us around the many homes he has built on the Mornington Peninsula, we knew he was the right fit for our new home on Mills Beach Mornington. The extremely high quality in all the finishes stood out in every home we went into and the diversity in architect's design that he had worked with meant that our challenging design and landscape was going to be embraced by Craig and his team with enthusiasm. 

Craig's professional presentation, brilliant communication (whereby any phone call, text or email was answered or acknowledged immediately) and genuinely warm and caring approach to his clients and their homes is a trait not often found. We were not just another client. The build time of nine and a half months with only 1 week off over Christmas was incredibly impressive. A wet day never kept the IB boys away. Craig's team, led by expert foreman Michael Brady kept the team working like a well oiled machine and Micka's project management skills and time keeping was exceptional.

Every contractor employed and Craig's own team of builders ( from apprentices up ) were an absolute joy to be around and work with - polite, courteous, respectful of our property and our dream build. It was very obvious every person on site loved going to work. Happy team, happy outcome.

We would highly recommend Craig McPhan and his team at Individual Builders' to any prospective client and we thank Craig and the boys for building our dream home with the outcome far exceeding our expectations.

Di and I have much pleasure in penning a testimonial to INDIVIDUAL BUILDERS on the completion of our new house…

We would wholeheartedly recommend this builder to a prospective owner….

Over the 10 month period we have enjoyed a harmonious well balanced building program…whereby craig was able to have all of the trades lined up efficiently…

Our regular site meetings were always cordial and each nite thereafter he would document the matters to be done…it sure helped him to do them all and we felt well looked after..

The contract variations were explained very well prior to agreement and of course well documented…progress payments followed the schedule  accurately and allowed us to do our cash planning…..final payment completion went smoothly..

A significant organization item was the continued presence of site foreman michael brady and Jamie scott…they were always able to explain our questions with patience and clarity…di and I wish to thank them both …

In addition to the building program Craig was able to arrange the gardening / tennis court installations under a separate contract…to a very satisfactory conclusion…he was able to draw upon a wide range of qualified contractors which is a real asset to a builder…thanks again to craig..

In conclusion we find it an  easy task to write a testimonial for craig mc phan and his team…..WELL DONE…and happy to share our house for a vist to prove our comments.
